We ship worldwide with free shipping globally.
Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.
Most orders will be shipped within three business days. Before shipping, all items are purified in our Sacred Blessing Area. This ensures that they arrive with the highest positive healing energy. We’ll email you when your order is shipped.
All of our products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans across China and shipped from our state-of-the-art distribution center in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
Our system will send you a confirmation email after you make your purchase, including your order number. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. If you are concerned that your order did not go through and you have not received a confirmation email, please email us at akupstream3@gmail.com.
Please allow our carriers 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update your tracking info.
Refund Policy for Gender Prediction Services
●According to Chinese folklore, divine secrets should not be revealed. Predicting a baby’s gender is considered a sacred act, and refunds are generally not offered except under the following circumstances:
⦁ If the pregnancy occurs within the predicted timeframe but the baby’s gender does not match the initial prediction (proof from the relevant hospital must be provided), we will issue a full refund.
⦁If you miss the optimal conception window (gender prediction) we have identified, we can provide you with a free prediction for the next optimal conception window (gender prediction). Please note, however, that refunds are not available.
Returns & Exchanges
Genuine stones naturally vary in color and size. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product pictured. We take great pride in ensuring that the product images in our online catalog represent the look and quality of the items our customers receive. Should this not be the case, please send a photo of the item you received to akupstream3@gmail.com so we can confirm that the correct product was shipped.
Our products are handcrafted with care with strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of your item and receipt to akupstream3@gmail.com. Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased. Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%. If the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement. Online purchases may only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at akupstream3@gmail.com Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time.
All orders (Except Gender Prediction Services) can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase.
